As a longtime faculty member at the University of Washington Foster School of Business, I founded the Women Board Director Development Program—one of the first of its kind—which has supported over 600 women on the path to the boardroom. My leadership programs, including Women at the Top and Half the Sky, empower women around the world to lead with purpose and power.
